What is Qi Gong?
Qi Gong is a traditional Chinese practice of aligning breath and movement
to boost energy, mental focus and physical well-being. Through Qi Gong, you will be able to relax the body, calm the mind, and uplift the spirit with simple, easy-to-do, flowing movements and exercises, breathing practices and meditation techniques. This combination of elements activates the body's natural relaxation response, helping you feel simultaneously relaxed and energized, more present, more connected, and more resilient. Qi Gong is a gentle form of exercise that is empowering, self-healing, enjoyable and easy. It will improve your health and your overall well-being! Qi Gong's exercises and flowing movements are designed to enliven the body's Qi (energy) which is the fundamental life energy responsible for health and vitality. The gentle movements of the practice will stretch and strengthen your muscles, improve your balance and your flexibility, and improve the circulation of blood and oxygen throughout your body which will improve your immune system, remove toxins and make you stronger and healthier.
